Employee giving is the start of a new day
The Office of Institutional Development hosted the 2014 Employee Giving Campaign kickoff on the 2nd floor of the Martin Luther King Jr. (MLK) Conference Room on October 14. With music filling the air in MLK, faculty and staff pledged their donation to support Saint Augustine’s University. Each employee received a “thank you” gift bag, enjoyed refreshments and entered a contest for door prizes. This year’s theme is It’s A Brand New Day: I’m Soaring in the Right Direction and the campaign goal is $25,000. To date, faculty and staff have contributed $11,770. The campaign ends December 19, 2014.
